Fluxline

In Fluxline, you are dropped onto limitless futuristic tracks where every jump, spin, and landing can determine how far your run can go.

Fluxline Gameplay

Fluxline’s control mechanism is purposefully kept simple. Your ball moves ahead automatically, so you can focus on steering and jumping at the correct moment.

Controls

  • A / D or Left / Right Arrow Keys – Roll From Side to Side
  • Press the Spacebar - Jump over gaps or obstacles on the track.

Crystal Tracks, Hazards and Runs

There are no conventional fixed stages of the game specified. Instead, the experience is constructed around an unending track that continues for as long as you are in charge.

Running Disrupting Machines

The futuristic track can have some hazards to break your momentum:

  • Magnets might mess with your movement and positioning.
  • Repulsors will force your ball away from its planned course.
  • Moving blockers generate timing issues that need close watching.
  • Gaps make you use the leap correctly, rather than just steering past danger.

Each section combines to produce a short movement puzzle. A barrier might unexpectedly move into your lane and turn a clear path into a risky one.

Crystals and Ball Skins

Collecting crystals gives you more than just survival to strive for. Players can opt for a safer route or tackle a more challenging portion to gather valuable crystals.

There are also 15 distinct ball skins to collect, adding a collection aim for repeated runs. The more you go, the more opportunity you have to test your skills of movement and find other visual possibilities.

Success Tips

The long run is less about frenzied action and more about anticipation. These strategies can help you make clearer decisions and avoid avoidable accidents.

Develop Consistent Movement Patterns

First, you need to figure out how far the ball moves with each directional input. In general, it is easier to regulate small adjustments than to go from one side to the other, again and over.

Survival Before Risky Collections

Crystals are useful, but sometimes a good run isn't worth risking for a dangerous treasure. If you have a crystal next to a moving blocker, first check to see if you have enough space to get away once you pick it up.
